Privacy policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This policy explains what Oruvi ("we", "us") collects when you visit oruvi.tech or join our waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Oruvi is in private early access, so today this site only runs a waitlist.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your work email and, if you choose, your role, company size, store platform, website and your biggest catalog challenge.
- How you found us: the referring website and campaign tags in the link you used, if any.
- Approximate country: worked out from your network address by our hosting provider. We do not store your full IP address with your signup.
- Site usage: pages viewed and whether a signup was completed, measured without cookies.
Why we use it
- To add you to the waitlist, send you a confirmation, and contact you about early access to Oruvi.
- To understand which businesses are interested so we can decide what to build first.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We use your details on the basis of your request to join the waitlist and our legitimate interest in running and improving our service. We never sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics run without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, which blocks bots on our form, may process technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores waitlist signups.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from bots.
- PostHog measures site usage without cookies.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on this site.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@oruvi.tech. Every email we send also lets you opt out. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Oruvi is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When Oruvi launches its product, we will update this policy to cover it. We will change the date at the top whenever we update it.
